Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and are glad to accept returns on all unused and unwashed, full-priced items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if your items have been damaged in transit. We are unable to replace items after this window. Please see below for further details.
Final sale items include:
- All items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale. This includes all purchases made with automatic discounts.
- Certain seasonal decor items may be final sale, and will be noted as such in their product description.
Return Procedures
Please note the following:
- Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The item and its packaging must be in its original condition.
Please notify us of the return at contact@katherineyounghome.com, and include your order number and list the items you would like to return. In order for your return to be valid, we must receive and acknowledge your email.
**Orders shipped without prior notice and a return confirmation email from us will not be eligible for a refund. Please do not send orders prior to our approval.
Please take extra care in packaging any breakable items. We strongly suggest insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for any items broken in transit.

Refund Policy
We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment. After the return is processed it may take several days for your credit card company to post the transaction.
Please note that we are only able to refund items to the original method of payment. We are unable to issue store credit or offer exchanges, which is per our user agreement with our sales platform, Shopify. We are unable to make any exceptions to this for any reason.
Damaged or Defective Items
Has something gone wrong? We're here to help! Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery if something is broken or defective, and we will gladly ship you a replacement. Please email your request along with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to contact@katherineyounghome.com. If possible, please include any photos of damaged packaging as this can help us file a claim with the carrier in the event of their negligence.
