Ordering and Shipping

We offer free shipping on linens and $10 flat rate ground shipping on all orders. We utilize both UPS and USPS as carriers, and use standard ground shipping on all orders.  Expedited shipping is not available at checkout at this time. Please see below for additional details on expedited shipping.

Upon placement of your order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your items, shipping address, shipping method, and your order number. Please confirm that the address is correct as we are unable to redirect packages after they have shipped. After your items have shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep an eye on your package tracking to ensure that you will be available to receive your package.

International Shipping

Please email us at contact@katherineyounghome.com for international order inquiries.  Please send us the quantities, colors and sizes you would like to purchase as well as your shipping address and phone number and we will create a quote for your approval and direct payment.  Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on any goods they choose to import.

Delivery Date Notice

While we will always ship your package in a timely manner with the delivery method you specify, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers.  Please plan ahead to allow for weather and high-volume delays, especially on Thanksgiving and Holiday purchases.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your items urgently we are happy to do what we can to assist you. Please contact us with a summary of the items and your telephone number and we will work with you to find the best shipping option to meet your needs. Expedited shipping rates will apply. While we will always ship your package with the agreed upon method and the agreed upon shipping cutoff, again, we are unable to guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays on the part of the carrier. Secure Delivery and Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages, and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages and/or if you live in an area where this is a problem. There is also the option to ship your items to your office or local shipping center. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. contact@katherineyounghome.com
